Our project with GLAD Construction is still underway, but the experience so far has been excellent. We began with plans drafted by another architect that included several errors and oversights. GLAD identified every issue, refined the design, and guided the revised plans through county approvals without delay. A real test of their professionalism came when we decided to change the layout just days before the foundation was scheduled to be poured. David and the GLAD team paused the work, updated the drawings, secured new permits, and kept the schedule on track, all so we could be completely comfortable with the design. Communication has been consistent and clear. GLAD’s staff and subcontractors show up when promised and made sure we always understand the next steps. Their design team has also been a valuable partner, combining our ideas with their vendor recommendations to achieve an interior style that reflects our taste while benefiting from their expertise. We still have a way to go before completion, but GLAD Construction has already demonstrated technical skill, transparency, and a genuine commitment to client satisfaction. I can’t say enough good things about working with Vlad, the estimator at Glad Construction. He explained the entire process clearly from start to finish, and the price he gave us was over $30,000 less than the other quotes we got. Our ADU project with Glad Construction was smooth, fast, and stress-free. The team was super professional and we especially loved working with their interior designer—she had such a great eye for detail and helped us bring our vision to life. Glad Construction built our ADU and they did an amazing job! I was honestly shocked at how quickly everything came together. Communication was excellent the entire time and the finishes came out better than I expected. They even threw in a few upgrades for free, which was such a nice surprise. David designed and built my ADU when others said that it couldn't be done.  He was always available to explain things to me along the way.  He managed to finish the project at budget despite some hiccups along the way.  The best thing I can say about David is that he cares. I would highly recommend Glad Construction!!!  David and his crew did an awesome job remodeling my downatairs bathroom, also adding components to accommodate ADA accessibility.   The end result was gorgeous. Every member of the crew was respectful,  friendly and made great recommendations throughout the remodeling process. Choose Glad Construction for your project. We’ve just started into a project with Glad Construction. The estimator Tim has given us an excellent estimate and we thoroughly enjoyed working with him. We're in the beginning phase of building an ADU for my mother.  The staff at Glad Construction have been the most helpful and most professional group to work with.  Very knowledgeable and experienced.  Looking forward to completing this project with them as they do wonderful work.
